HISTORY
BACK TO THE 1960s...
Shree Nanalal Hatichand Shah along with his wife Smt. Lilavati Nanalal Shah moved to Mumbai (Bombay as of then) in 1965. His son, Shree Dilip Nanalal Shah originally started working at a fasteners store in Nagdevi for 3 years. In 1968, with a very little experience but a truckload of courage, he started his own Fasteners company under the name M/s Dilip Trading Company.

1981- 2024
Over the years, Shree Dilip Nanalal Shah, the owner of Dilip Trading Company, founded Deepika Corporation (1981) and Dilip Enterprises (2003) thus Founding the Dilip Group of Companies. As of 2024, the three sister firms under the Dilip Group of Companies are 'Dilip Trading Company', 'Dilip Engg & Tech Products' and 'Dilip Fasteon'.
